1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will be charged the full fare.
- No-shows (when the passenger does not appear at the designated location and time) will also be charged the full fare.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued only if the cancellation request complies with the above cancellation terms.
- In the case of service disruption caused by circumstances under our control, we may provide a partial or full refund at our discretion.
3. Modifications to Bookings
- Changes to reservations (time, date, or location) must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
- Additional charges may apply for modifications depending on the circumstances.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
- If services cannot be provided due to weather, traffic delays, road closures, or circumstances beyond our control, Zam NYC Limo will not be held liable. In such cases, we may offer rescheduling or partial refunds at our discretion.
